I. Core Transportation Information
Shipping center
All orders are dispatched from the manual quality inspection center in Vienna, Austria
Adopting tamper-proof luxury goods packaging (including a unique serial number seal)
Processing time limit
The order type and processing time are specially specified
For regular goods, the processing time is 15 to 30 working days, including manual quality inspection and customs pre-declaration
The haute couture series will be confirmed by email separately. The export documents of the artworks need to be attached
Logistics solution
Within Europe: DHL Luxury Express Line (3-5 working days, including insurance)
International transportation: FedEx priority customs clearance channel (7-15 working days)
Orders worth more than 5,000 euros are required to be escorted by Brink’s armed escort
Ii. Specifications for Receipt and Acceptance
The steps that must be completed
Take pictures in an unopened state:
Video of six sides of the package (showing the integrity of the seal)
Close-up of logistics waybill (including tracking number and recipient information)
Under the witness of the Courier:
Weighing verification (±5% of the shipping weight is normal)
Open the box to check the condition of the inner shockproof layer
Exception handling
If the seal is damaged or the weight difference is greater than 5%, please reject it on the spot and contact us immediately

Iii. Tariffs and Compliance
Within the European Union:
It already includes 21% value-added tax (Austrian tax invoice provided)
International order
Import duties/luxury surcharges may be incurred (to be borne by the recipient)
It is recommended to estimate the cost in advance through the [EU Tariff Calculator]
Restrictive clauses
Pearl/coral products are prohibited from being transported to environmentally regulated regions such as California in the United States
A final usage statement must be provided for the design of religious symbols
Iv. Special Notice
Delayed shipment does not constitute a reason for cancellation (handmade items are exempted under Article 16 of the EU Remote Sales Regulation).
Address modification: Only email application within 48 hours after placing an order is supported (a copy of the ID document must be provided)
Transportation insurance: By default, it covers 150% of the value of the goods, and can be upgraded to 300% with a payment
